1. Your Statutory Rights
Under the ACL, consumers are entitled to a remedy if goods are:
- Faulty or damaged
- Not fit for their disclosed purpose (if you told us that purpose)
- Not as described or not matching any sample or demonstration model
These rights cannot be excluded or limited by any store policy.
2. What We Offer
If your journal arrives damaged or defective, or fails to meet the statutory guarantees above, we will, at our option:
- Repair the journal
- Replace it with an identical item
- Provide a full refund
3. How to Lodge a Claim
- Time frame:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- What we need:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A photo or video clearly showing the damage or defect
- Process:
- Email contact@thrivinghabits.com.au with the above details.
- We’ll assess and respond within 2 business days with instructions.
- If we ask you to send the journal back, we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
4. Exclusions
We do not accept returns for:
- “Change of mind”
- Wear and tear from normal usage
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
- Journals that have been written in, defaced, or otherwise altered
